You’ve done it. It’s all open roads from here, baby!

As your provisional period comes to an end, you’ll get a renewal notice. Once you’ve paid your renewal, you’ll be issued your full licence.  

P Plates to full licence: What’s changed?

  • You can take those P plates off and give yourself a pat on the back for getting here.
  • For fully licensed drivers, the legal BAC limit is now 0.05. Remember, the safest level is still 0.00%. If you plan to drink, plan not to drive.

You’ve worked hard to get your licence. Keep it and enjoy a long life of driving by continuing to make good decisions.
